Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your address falls outside the area we serve, checkout will tell you before any payment is taken.
Shipping cost
Regular shipping is charged separately and shown before payment: $5.29 for one item, $6.19 for two or three, $7.49 for four, and $9.99 for five. Orders of six or more items ship free. There is no extra charge beyond that, and we do not offer an expedited service.
Delivery timing
We do not publish a delivery estimate. We have not yet measured delivery times for our own shipments, and we would rather say nothing than guess. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Problems with an order
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items are handled under our refund policy.
